Perniciaro Laboratories, Inc., shall be a medical practice limited to the field of
dermatopathology. The practice will utilize expert and board certified dermatopathologists
to microscopically examine and interpret skin biopsy specimens obtained from patients.
The specimens may come from patients seen in the practice of Charles Perniciaro, M.D.,
or from referral by dermatologists (primarily) seeing patients elsewhere in the community,
or outside Jacksonville, Florida. Biopsy reports will be issued in a timely fashion,
and important information will be discussed directly with the clinician who obtained
and submitted the specimen.
